THE WIZARD PARTNER CONTRACT

Owlbryte Academy Partner Program Terms · Version 1.1 · Effective August 24, 2026

The short version: share your link honestly and say that you earn; families you send get the published discount and you earn the published reward per family, paid by PayPal after our payout hold — or donated, at your election, to the free-places fund; never use your own link on your own household; no coupon sites, no ads on our name. Fraud forfeits rewards. The seal is at the bottom — the agree box unlocks when you reach it.

1. Who’s who

This is an agreement between you (the “Partner”) and Owlbryte Academy (“Owlbryte”, “we”). The “Program” is our referral and partner program. Your “Link” is the unique referral link or code we issue you. A “Family” is one Owlbryte parent account and the children enrolled under it. A “Qualifying Purchase” is a Family’s first paid enrollment made through your Link that is not refunded, reversed or charged back within the refund window.

2. Joining

  • You must be 18 or older and complete the application truthfully, including where families hear from you — we review every application by hand and check the link you give us.
  • One Partner account per person. We may decline or ask questions before approving — this is a children’s brand, and our name goes wherever your Link goes.
  • Approved partners receive one free family code — the full academy for your own children — so you can speak from experience before you recommend us. One code, once, per partner.
  • Current, recently former, or contracted school staff may not receive cash rewards for referring their own students’ families (see section 8) — the classroom seats program exists for you instead.

3. What you earn — and what families get

  • A Family enrolling through your Link receives the buyer discount published on our Share page at the time of their enrollment, and you earn the partner reward published there — a flat amount per Family under the current program.
  • The reward is per Family, once: their first Qualifying Purchase. Sibling enrollments, later purchases and upgrades by the same Family earn no additional reward.
  • There is no limit on how many different Families you can refer.

4. Getting paid

  • Rewards appear in your partner dashboard when a Family enrolls and become claimable after our payout hold (45 days from the enrollment at this writing) — longer than the customer refund window on purpose, so nobody is paid on a sale that is refunded, reversed or charged back. Payouts go out monthly.
  • Payouts go to your PayPal. A refunded or charged-back purchase reverses its reward; if already paid, the amount is deducted from your balance.
  • The free-places fund. You may elect — in your application or any time after, in your dashboard — to donate your rewards instead: each one goes toward a free academy place for a child from a family that cannot pay, placed through non-profit and NGO partners working with underprivileged children in developing countries. The election applies to rewards not yet paid out.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. U.S. partners who earn 600 dollars or more in a calendar year must provide a completed W-9 before further payouts, and will receive a Form 1099.

5. How referrals are tracked

  • Your Link is yours for as long as you are a Partner — it does not expire.
  • A visitor who opens your Link is credited to you for 60 days. A family that creates its account through your Link keeps your credit on the account itself, however long they take to enroll.
  • We can only credit what our systems can see. Cleared cookies, unusual devices or a family typing the address directly may prevent attribution; our records are final and credit is not added retroactively.

6. Fair play — the rules that keep this program alive

Doing any of the following forfeits the related rewards and can end your partnership:

  • No self-referrals. Your Link is void for your own household — your own account, your spouse’s or partner’s, anyone at your address, or a purchase made with your payment method. The checkout simply ignores it: no discount, no reward.
  • No coupon or deal sites. Posting your Link or codes on coupon aggregators, deal forums or coupon-extension listings is prohibited, and those claims are denied.
  • No ads on our name. No search or social ads bidding on “Owlbryte” or confusingly similar terms, and no ads that pretend to be us.
  • No spam, no bots, no cookie stuffing. Links go to real people who chose to hear from you.
  • No misleading claims. No promised grades or test scores, and no invented earnings claims about the Program itself.
  • Say that you earn. U.S. law (FTC) requires you to disclose the relationship wherever you share your Link — “I earn a commission if you buy through my link” in the post itself is enough.
  • Respect children’s privacy. Market to parents, never collect information from children, and follow the rules of every platform and group you post in.

7. Sales and promotions don’t stack

Only one discount ever applies to a purchase — whichever is best for the family — and the losing offer’s attribution is dropped with it: nobody earns on a discount they did not fund. We may pause referral discounts during a public promotion, and rewards on promotional-price enrollments may be adjusted so the Program never pays out more than the enrollment itself.

8. Teachers and schools

We don’t pay cash to school staff for steering their own students — most districts rightly prohibit it. Instead, verified teachers receive a classroom code: free seats for a full term for the families of their class. We verify every teacher — a school email address, or your page on the school’s website. Classroom access lapses at term’s end, lives on a code you hand to parents (you never collect logins or touch a child’s data), and never depends on how many families later enroll at home.

9. Using our name and materials

While you are a Partner you may use the logos, images and copy in our partner kit to promote Owlbryte truthfully. You may not alter diplomas or Great Hall records, present yourself as Owlbryte itself, or register domains, handles or pages that could be mistaken for ours.

10. Ending, changing, suspending

  • Either of us can end the partnership at any time, for any reason. Rewards already earned and cleared — past the payout hold, no fraud — are still paid out (or placed, if you elected the fund).
  • Suspected fraud or rule-breaking lets us hold payouts while we investigate; confirmed fraud forfeits unpaid rewards and ends the partnership.
  • We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to you at least 14 days ahead, and continuing to share your Link — or accepting a new version — means you agree to them.

11. The legal paragraph, in plain words

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or franchisee of Owlbryte, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. The Program comes as-is: we do not guarantee any level of earnings, clicks or conversions. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you under this agreement is capped at the rewards earned but unpaid on your ledger. You are responsible for your own channels and for complying with the law where you operate. This agreement is governed by the laws of California, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California. If a piece of this contract is found unenforceable, the rest stands.

12. Your signature, electronically

Scrolling this contract to its end, ticking the agreement box and submitting the application is your electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act. We record your name, email, the date and time, the contract version and a fingerprint of this exact text, and we email you a copy. That record is our shared proof of what was agreed, and when.
